Serial Drama China You Are So Sweet berkisah tentang Xia Xiao Ning (diperankan oleh Amy Sun) adalah seorang asisten magang yang baru bekerja di industri dubbing. Dia adalah gadis muda yang bersemangat, ceria, dan pandai. Sosok yang akan bertahan dalam menghadapi kesulitan dan tipe pekerja keras. Dia bermimpi suatu saat menjadi pengisi suara.
Di tempat kerjanya, Xia Xiao Ning kemudian bertemu dengan Gu Chen Yu (Eden Zhao). Dia adalah anak sulung dari Grup Gu sekaligus CEO perusahaan. Gu Chen Yu adalah pria yang dingin, keras, namun sebenarnya memiliki hati lembut dan romantis.
Gu Chen Yu tidak mempedulikan kekuasaan maupun kekayaan. Dia hanya mengandalkan dirinya sendiri untuk mendapatkan impiannya. Mereka berdua sering bertemu dan Xia Xiao Ning sering menyebabkan serangkaian kesalahpahaman terhadapnya.
Ketika keduanya tidak pernah akur, karena sebuah insiden Xia Xiao Ning justru dekat dengan Xie Fei (Li Xiang Zhe). Seiring waktu berjalan hubungan mereka semakin dekat.
Tetapi Gu Chen Yu juga merasa ingin dekat terhadap Xia Xiao Ning. Sekarang Xia Xiao Ning dikejar oleh dua dewa pria di dunia sulih suara yang ingin mendapatkan hatinya.
